Kelly Rodriguez

Co-CEO

As President of Driven Technologies, Kelly Rodriguez manages business operations, financials, marketing, sales and new business development for the company. Her previous entrepreneurship ventures and IT experience has helped develop Driven Technologies into a viable, sustainable business that gives back to its clients and the community. Kelly considers technology a vital component of life and believes virtualization and cloud computing will become an important tool for business in the future. Kelly is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign and holds certifications in Cisco and Microsoft technologies. In addition to managing Driven Technologies, she enjoys gardening, landscaping, painting and spending time with her family.

Eric Rodriguez

Co-CEO

Eric Rodriguez, a proud graduate of Tomball College, brings nearly two decades of IT experience to Driven Technologies as the company’s Senior Technology Engineer/Owner. Prior to starting Driven Technologies, Eric worked for industry leaders including Compaq and Microsoft, as well as multi-million dollar companies like Boeing and ESPN/Disney. Additional technology experience includes building data centers for businesses throughout the United States and Europe. In addition to providing network and server support to his clients at Driven Technologies, Eric also enjoys construction and scuba diving.

Jesse Rodriguez

Technology Operations Manager

Jesse Rodriguez brings a wealth of IT experience to Driven Technologies as the company’s Technology Operations Manager. His areas of expertise not only include technology needs assessment and infrastructure design, but also strategic business planning and project management. Prior to joining the Driven Technologies team, Jesse served as Data Center Manager/Acting IT Manager for Iron Mountain and Senior Network/Systems Administrator for American President’s Line. He currently holds a Masters in Information Systems Management from Seattle Pacific University, as well as certifications from Cisco, Microsoft and Novell.

Michael Koceja

Systems Engineer

Michael is an accomplished IT professional offering more than ten years of experience to Driven Technologies. He holds two associate degrees from Nicolet College as both a Computer Information Systems Network Analyst and a Computer Information Systems Programmer Analyst, and has practiced in successful deployment and maintenance of business critical information systems. He offers a wide range of technical expertise, with previous experience as a network engineer and network administrator. Michael also specializes in backup and recovery systems, Microsoft technologies, telephony systems and the network equipment our clients depend on every day.

Jason Tesch

Field Engineer

Prior to joining Driven Technologies as Technology Engineer, Jason Tesch worked as a technician for several Minnesota companies including Compudyne, Kernel Software and Telmon. Additional experience includes information technology for Peoples State Bank, as well as technical assistance for Office Solutions. Jason is a proud graduate of North Central Technical College and Chippewa Valley Technical College, and hopes to use his education and expertise to effectively meet the unique needs of his customers.

Bill Goetz

Outside Sales Representative

With 21 years of sales, marketing and customer experience, Bill Goetz is a real asset to our team. A highly motivated professional, he never gives up on your goals and enjoys working on a strong team within a small organization. It is this passion for small business that gives Bill and our team the talent of larger corporations, with the added benefit of personal service to meet customer needs. He describes himself as patient and respectful of his co-workers. Bill brings with him the valuable experience of having set up his own business - a small outdoor gear consignment and bait shop, which offered a new perspective on sales and helped him develop a strong work ethic, tune into customer needs and increase business traffic. He’s willing to go above and beyond in the name of becoming a better salesman and continually increasing his value in the eyes of customers.

Cheri Meyers

Service Desk Dispatcher

Cheri Meyers holds a B.S. in Business Management as well as a Legal Secretarial Associates Degree, and brings our team experience as a customer service advocate, legal assistant and receptionist. She is an expert at developing documents, charts and presentations with Microsoft Office 2007 applications and successfully organizes and executes corporate events using her creativity and networking abilities. Cheri also excels at problem solving and is the professional our clients count on for service and support when they need it most.
